You Have Ordered Will Be Packed Well For Shipment And Arrive Undamaged,

We Understand That Sometimes An Order You Placed, Needs To Be Canceled .
It Is Possible To Cancel An Order You Placed, A Cost Might Be Incured At Your Expense
To Cancel An Order In Production, Due To The Fact That We Spend Time And Money
The Moment You Place Your Order. We Plan Our Inventory / Production Schedule,
Based On The Orders We Receive. At Times, Your Order May Require Us To Add Labor, And Purchase Additional Product To Fulfill Your Order. Cancel Fee Cost Listed Below:

Orders Canceled Within 24 Hour's After Purchase = No Fee
Order's Canceled After 24 Hour's Will Incur A 5% Fee Of The Purchase Price.
If For Some Reason, The Part Ordered Is Wrong , Damaged, Or Is Not Functioning

You Will Need To Return The Product (At Your Shipping Expense)
For Testing In Our Facility. Once We Have Determined The Part Is Faulty
You Will Be Provided A New Replacement Part or Full Refund.
For Parts Not Returned To Us, And We Determine Them Faulty,
We Will Refund You The Cost Of The Part, But Not The Original Shipping Charge.
Your Original Shipping Charges Are Only Refunded If The Part Is Returned To Us.

If For Any Reason, You Are Not 100% Satisfied With Your Purchase
From Us, We Will Accept The New Product Back. This Return Will Incur
A 5% Restock Fee Based On The Purchase Price. You Will Also Incur Shipping Fees To Return The Product Back To Us. The Returned Item Must Be In
New Condition, and Not Have Been Modified, Altered or Run, As We Will Not Be Able To Re Stock This Item As New. Your Original Shipping Fees Will Not Be Refunded.
Your Purchase Price Will Be Refunded (Less Restock Fee of 5%) Once We Receive The Items Back To Us, And Verify The Item Has Not Been Modified, Altered or Run.
It Is Strongly Recommended To Insure Your Return, Along With Tracking
And "Signature Required" Confirmations For Your Refund Protection.
SURFCURLS.COM guarantees all SURFERS to be free from Mechanical defects for a period of 30 days from date of purchase.
If the product fails to function properly during this 30 day period, the Manufacturers
obligations are limited and manufacturer can choose to either repair or replace
the item (EXCLUDING ELECTRONICS, SEE BELOW). This warranty is void if the product in question has been altered or
repaired by anyone other than Surfcurls.com.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Due To The Extreme Conditions our surfer's endure during use, we cannot warranty the Electronic Speed Control (ESC), Brushless Motor, Ni-mh Battery, Transmitter / Receiver, Once The Surfer has been in use.
If Any Of These parts Fail to perform after use within 30 days of purchase,
there will be a fee for replacement of that part.
ESC = $50 Fee + Shipping
Motor = $50 Fee + Shipping
Battery = $20 Fee + Shipping
Transmitter = $40 Fee + Shipping
Under no circumstances will
Surfcurls.com be held liable for injury to persons or property damage resulting
from assembly or use of the product. They are not liable if any outside radio
frequencies interfere with the product's frequency causing loss of control.
Surfcurls.com will not be held liable for any personal injury or property
damage resulting from an out-of-control model caused by use or misuse of the
product. They International expressly excludes any and all express warranties
not specifically stated here and all implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond
the description of the warranties contained herein. Contact the Surfcurls.com
Service department before returning any item that is defective according to the
limitations listed above. Please be sure to pack the returned item(s)
The customer must return the product along with a letter
stating the problem, the customer's address and telephone number. At this point
in time we will either repair the defective part or replace it and return it to
the customer. Return shipping and handling in the 48 contiguous states is
$12.99. Shipping outside of the 48 states will be quoted by location.
warranty does not cover any damage caused by use, misuse, alteration, accident,
or neglect, nor does it cover normal wear and tear of the product. Product
returned to us which falls under this category will be submitted to our service
department for repair. We reserve the right to charge any service and parts fees
