It Was Way back In 1981,
The South East Coast Of Australia Went Flat ...
After A Couple Of Months With No Surf, The Natives Got Restless.
Especially JASON HALL !
He Had Spent Time Modifying Some Remote Control Boats, And Started Enjoying Them In The Small Surf At His Local Beach.
He Found That Crowds Gathered To See Him "Surf" These Small Waves With His Boat.
Jason Also Realized That The Boat Turned Upside Down, After A Wipe Out, Or Trying To Get Out Over The White Water And Would Not Be Able To Return Up Right To Surf More Waves.
As Fate Evolved, It Turned Out JASON HALL Was Not Only A Hardcore Surfer / Shaper , But Also A Machinist As Well.
Jason Continued To Develop The Design Himself, And In 1983 He Moved Forward To Create An RC Surfboard, No Longer A Boat Model.
Through The Years To Follow, Jason Hall kept At It, Refining His Designs, And Eventually Came Up With A Surfboard And Surfer Figure That Could "Self Right".
BOOM, This Was The Moment, I'm Sure He Knew This Is It !!!!
Twelve Years Later (1995) , Jason's Design Was near Perfect, And He Started His Own, Very First Radio Control Surfer Company !
Five Years Later (2000) Jason Sold A License To KYOSHO (Japan) That Took His Surfer WORLDWIDE !!!
WOW, What A Story, What A History!
We Should All Thank Jason Hall For Taking The Years / Time / Money To Complete The Dream We Have All Shared As Surfers Around The Globe, Which Is To Micro Surf Flat / Perfect Shorebreak Days While Enjoying The Sea Breeze And Some Sun ...
SURFCURLS.COM Wishes To Thank Jason Hall For All The efforts / Frustrations / Cuts / Bruises / Legal Hassles / Bummers / Tube Rides / Successes / That Came With His passion To Drive This Wonderful Product To The World Marketplace !
Surfcurls Believes that Jason Hall's Concept Should Surf Forever !
Unfortunately, Kyosho (The company that bought Jason's Work)
NO LONGER MAKES THIS PRODUCT :( :( :(
BUT, WE AT SURFCURLS.COM BELIEVE SO MUCH IN THE FUN OF RC SURFING, THAT WE HAVE SOLUTIONS.
